    I had an lovely stay with stunning views and a glorious infinity pool. the breakfast buffet was like a feast with endless options. I'd definitely choose this place again!

    Exceptional, clean place with pleasant views. Accommodating members of the staff throughout so friendly and service. An individual safe, climate control and a minibar available in the penthouse. Stunning location to artificial islands. Exclusive atmosphere, very nice restaurant. The hotel of choice in Dubai.

    Amazing service, amazing experience, thanks to the very nice friendliness and high service standard exhibited by Rana, Khairi, and the entire Club lounge staff. Don't miss the chance to enjoy the amazing infinity pool that offers excellent views and the convenience of beach access just a short distance away from Business Bay.

    Fine views from the Palmscape King Room. The pool area blew me away. Terrible check-in experience. No room keys for 40 minutes and we had kids with us. Breakfast was amazing but the lobby felt chaotic with no organization.

    Very nice stay with attention to detail that impresses.     The architectural design is jaw-dropping, and the views from the Seascape King Room left me in awe! The breakfast buffet was a culinary paradise, with everything from fresh pastries to gourmet egg dishes.     I stayed in the Seascape Queen Room, and the views from the window were fine. The breakfast spread every morning had so many delicious options, it was hard to choose just one. The pool area wowed me, with its beautiful design and relaxing atmosphere. The kids club deserves special mention. The staff genuinely cared for the children. There were a few frustrating issues. The staff didn't prepare my room requests in advance, like the baby cot I had requested. I faced delays each day in receiving a printed summary of my expenses. It took constant reminders and finally a manager's intervention to sort it out. The laundry service was also disappointing. My clothes were not treated as I had specified, and I found they hadn't washed my new garment. There were several moments of chaos that shouldn't happen in a hotel of this caliber. While the amenities and service at the pool were great, the management of daily services was lacking. The hotel presents beautifully, but certain aspects need serious attention to justify the high price.
